Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience for our customers. This Return & Exchange Policy has been prepared in accordance with general consumer protection practices in Kuwait and applies to eligible art supplies, stationery, drawing materials, and craft products.

Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order, provided that the product is eligible and meets the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice or proof of purchase.
  • The product must not be damaged, opened, consumed, mixed, modified, or used.
  • Approval of any return or exchange request is subject to inspection and verification of the product’s condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect:

  • Paints, inks, pens, brushes, glue, clay, resin, or craft materials that have been opened or used.
  • Products whose packaging has been opened, seals have been removed, or any accessories or components are missing.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products.
  • Clearance items or final-sale products when clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product, a defective item, or a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the case, we will provide a replacement, compensation, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible, or through another method agreed upon with the customer.

Delivery, Return & Exchange Charges

  • If the return or exchange is due to a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item sent by the store, all shipping, return, and replacement costs will be covered by the store.
  • If the return or exchange request is the result of a customer error, including selecting an unsuitable product, providing an incorrect address or delivery information, or changing their mind after placing the order, the customer will be responsible for all applicable delivery, return, and shipping charges.
  • Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return or exchange is required due to an error made by the store.
  • Any additional shipping or return fees will be communicated to the customer and approved before the return or exchange process is completed.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, the reason for the request, and supporting photos if applicable. Requests must be submitted within the applicable return period.

This policy does not affect any rights granted to customers under applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait.
